Welcome to Adventure Shiva. By using our services and website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

• Booking confirmation requires advance payment as specified for each trip.

• Payments can be made via Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm to +91 8123320673.

• Full refund is available if canceled 7 days before the trip; 50% carry forward for later cancellations.

2. Trip Participation

• Participants should be physically fit and prepared for adventure activities.

• Adventure Shiva reserves the right to refuse participation based on safety or health concerns.

3. Trip Itinerary

• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or safety reasons.

• We strive to provide the best experience but are not liable for delays or changes beyond our control.

4. Liability

• Adventure Shiva is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip.

• Participants are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.

5. Conduct

• Participants are expected to respect the environment, local culture, and fellow travelers.

• Misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website is owned by Adventure Shiva and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Bengaluru.
